Vegan Gingerbread Cookies

These are classic holiday treats that are festive and easy to make.

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients (coconut oil, sugar, molasses, and almond milk).
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until it forms dough.
  5. Roll out the dough, cut into shapes, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
