We're glad you're here!
The following guidelines were crafted to promote a harmonious environment for all guests. Please reach out to the Front Desk with any questions.
Alcohol, Drugs, & Tobacco Products
The use of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco products (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc.) is prohibited on our campus. Violation of this policy may result in you being asked to leave the property.
Children
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Emergencies
Please dial 507 to reach Main Reception. Hall phones are located near the left-hand staircase on the first floor of each residential building. For medical emergencies, please dial 911.
Fire Safety
- In case of a fire alarm, evacuate immediately and do not re-enter until given the okay by our staff.
- No Open Flame policy: In accordance with Fire Codes, the use of open flames (candles, incense, matches, lighters, etc.) is prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 charge to the credit card on file. Please note—the retreat center buildings and rooms have a very sensitive hardwired fire alarm system; the slightest amount of smoke will set off the alarm and call the fire department.
- No Smoking Policy: For the comfort and safety of our guests, the retreat center is an entirely Smoke-free facility. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 charge to the credit card on file if any type of smoking occurs on the premises.
Linens
Towels, blankets, bedsheets, and pillow cases are provided once for the duration of your stay. If you need additional or a change of linens, please contact Main Reception. (x507)
Lost & Found
Lost and found property is handled at Main Reception. Please turn in any found items there, or check in with them to find something you’ve misplaced. (x507)
No Pet Policy
No pets are allowed on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 charge to the credit card on file.
Parking
Please park in the designated parking lots. Street parking is not allowed. To avoid resident complaints, we are required to tow cars parked in unauthorized areas at the owners’ expense.
Room Damage/Missing Items/Excessive Cleaning
If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace damaged item plus $50/hour in labor fees to return room to its original state. This includes missing/damaged remotes, bedding, towels, windows, TVs, fixtures, furniture, doors, lights, mirrors, etc.
Quiet Hours
To help ensure a peaceful retreat experience for all, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm–8:00 am.
