Informed Adaptability
Whether you’re approaching menopause, moving through it, or years beyond it, estrogen has shaped—and continues to shape—how your body responds to movement, exercise, recovery, and aging. This exercise retreat will help you understand those changes, build a movement practice that supports strength, resilience, and longevity, and leave with practical tools you can use every day. Guided by biomechanist and bestselling author Katy Bowman, you’ll learn to work with your changing body instead of trying to fix it while enjoying three days of expert instruction, nourishing meals, meaningful connection, and the freedom to simply show up while we take care of the rest.
This retreat is open to women of all ages, whether you make hormones, take them or miss them.

Throughout this retreat, you’ll reconnect with your body in ways that feel supportive, not strenuous. You’ll explore movement designed for how your physiology is changing, guided by a biomechanical approach that honors strength, function, and recovery at every age. Sessions blend guided exercises with reflection and real-time feedback, helping you understand your range, improve mobility, and rebuild trust in your body’s capacity. Rather than pushing through discomfort or relying on routines that no longer serve you, you’ll learn how to work with your body’s changing needs so movement feels sustainable, strengthening, and deeply supportive of long-term wellbeing.
