We’re thrilled to bring weekly events to our Happiness Retreat, Breathwork and Meditation Retreat, and Stepping Into Silence graduates—more opportunities to learn, practice, and be together in community.
Take your breathwork and meditation practice to the next level by joining a “wisdom club.” Building upon the foundation of your daily practice and taking some time each week to sit with wisdom can transform your life even further. Wisdom gives you a broader vision of life and a new perspective, one that brings clarity, peace, and joy.
Our monthly online reconnect sessions are now weekly! Get answers to your questions, gain more knowledge and wisdom, and practice with the group and a senior teacher more often. The perfect antidote to the challenges of everyday life.

Join us weekly for a guided in-person, long SKY practice! Every Sunday, 4:00–5:30 pm ET, we’ll gather in Gita Hall at the Art of Living Retreat Center in Boone. Hope to see you there!

Our private Facebook group for Happiness graduates is a great place to ask questions and connect with other graduates for inspiration.
Download the Art of Living Journey app (Google Play Link, Apple Link) to access the daily guided home practice. You’ll need to create an account with the email address you used when you signed up for your retreat. Once you log in, get the digital membership. This membership begins with a 14-day free trial and can be cancelled anytime.
If you do not want your card charged after the free trial ends, you must cancel your membership before day 14. After you have signed up for the membership, you will find “SKY Journey” in the Journeys section. The daily SKY practice can be found there.
