Anuradha Gupta, Engineer (Bits, Pilani), MBA (IIFT, Delhi) is an Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner from Kerala Ayurveda, California. She is the co-founder of Ayurvedic Footprints.
Anuradha has worked in the corporate industry, taught in business school, and is a published author of several books. She has been volunteering for non-profits like World Wildlife Fund and Amnesty since she was 10 years old. Her great grandmother was an Ayurvedic Vaidya and Ayurveda was practiced in the house with nutrition, yoga, lifestyle, and herbal remedies. It was while encountering illness in her family that she became interested in Ayurveda again and started studying and practicing the science.
Anuradha has led many workshops on Ayurvedic practices such as spring and fall cleansing, inner and outer beauty, nutrition and setting health goals. Once a writer for the Chicken Soup Series, she now writes for the Art of Living USA Blog and Kerala Ayurveda. Her vision is that transforming the health and happiness of even one individual through Ayurveda can change the world and is committed to bringing this knowledge to as many people as her life touches.
