AWAKEN TO THE SIGNS

Intuition, Manifestation & the Power of Your Team of Light

Laura Lynne Jackson

Trust What You Already Know

What if the signs, synchronicities, and intuitive nudges you’ve experienced aren’t as mysterious as they seem? In this immersive three-day retreat with New York Times bestselling author and psychic medium Laura Lynne Jackson, you’ll explore the unique ways your intuition speaks to you and learn to distinguish inner guidance from fear and self-doubt. Through Laura’s grounded, experiential approach, you’ll deepen your awareness of your own energy, explore your connection with what she calls your Team of Light, and discover how intention and gratitude can help you participate more consciously in creating a life filled with meaning, connection, joy, and possibility.

Note Participants are asked to bring 2–3 magazines that resonate with them and can be cut up for an activity, as well as an item that belonged to a loved one who has passed.

What to Expect

Recognize the Guidance Around You

This is an opportunity to experience intuition rather than simply learn about it. In a playful, supportive environment, you’ll experiment with different ways of receiving information, notice how intuitive signals register uniquely for you, and practice trusting what arises through direct experience. As the weekend unfolds, you’ll also explore the relationship between your thoughts, energy, gratitude, and intentions—giving you practical ways to engage with life more consciously. Alongside a community of curious participants, you’ll leave with greater confidence in your inner knowing and a personal set of practices for bringing more awareness, connection, and possibility into everyday life.

1. Explore Your Clairs

Experiment with clear seeing, hearing, feeling, and knowing to discover the intuitive channels that may come most naturally to you.

2. Signs & Synchronicities

Practice noticing and interpreting the meaningful patterns, intuitive impressions, and experiences you may recognize as guidance in everyday life.

3. Meditation & Mindfulness Exercises

Quiet mental noise, tune into your energy, and create greater space for intuitive awareness through Laura’s guided meditation practices.

4. Energy Experiments

Explore energy through playful experiential practices—including Laura’s spoon-bending exercise—and discover firsthand how awareness, focus, and intention interact.

5. Manifestation Practice

Work with visualization, positive intention, gratitude, and conscious thought to explore how you want to direct your energy toward meaningful change.

6. Partner Intuition

Put intuitive awareness into practice with fellow participants through interactive exercises designed to strengthen recognition, discernment, and trust.

Program FAQs

Not at all. This retreat is designed for everyone, from complete beginners to those who have already begun exploring and practicing their intuitive abilities. Laura’s background as a teacher informs her accessible, encouraging approach, and participants will be guided through the concepts and exercises step by step.

No. A central philosophy of the program is that intuition is a natural part of being human. The retreat is about discovering how intuition and energy may uniquely express themselves for you and learning to recognize and trust your own experiences.

No. This is an experiential teaching retreat rather than a live-reading event, so there will be no planned or structured readings. Laura will be sharing the principles, practices, and tools she has developed through her work and teaching participants how to explore and strengthen their own intuitive abilities. If any information happens to come through during the workshop, she will share it.

The four clairs are different ways intuitive information may be experienced: clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairaudience (clear hearing), clairsentience (clear feeling), and claircognizance (clear knowing). Through exercises and guided experiences, participants will have opportunities to explore all four and begin recognizing which may come most naturally to them.

“Team of Light” is Laura’s term for the loving spiritual support and guidance she believes surrounds each of us: God energy, Spirit guides/angels, and loved ones who have crossed. During the retreat, participants will explore practices for opening themselves to that connection and becoming more aware of signs, synchronicities, intuitive impressions, and other experiences they may perceive as guidance.

Manifestation is approached as an intentional practice of becoming more conscious of the thoughts, energy, beliefs, and intentions we bring to our lives. Participants will explore how gratitude, positive thought, visualization, intention, and inspired action can help them focus on what they would like to create and how they would like to live.

The three days will include guided meditations, energy-awareness exercises, intuitive and “clair” exercises, journaling, visualization, intention-setting and manifestation practices, reflection, and partner and group experiences. Together, we will also consciously create a supportive, positive collective group energy that participants can carry with them after the retreat.

Please bring 2-3 magazines that you are willing to cut up for an activity, as well as an object that belonged to someone who has crossed. Come with comfortable clothing, an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to explore. Participants will receive a journal and handouts outlining key concepts, terminology, and practices, so they will have resources to continue working with what they learn after returning home.

Laura’s intention is that participants leave with a deeper understanding of their own energy and intuitive abilities, greater confidence in trusting their inner guidance, practical tools for connecting with their Team of Light, and practices for working with gratitude, intention, and manifestation. Most of all, the retreat is designed to help participants return home feeling more connected, empowered, and open to the signs, guidance, and possibilities present in their everyday lives.

It was such a gift to have this weekend. Divine timing for sure. I learned/remembered so much about myself and I don't think there is anything more magical than being in a powerful energetic space where you can give and feel safe enough to receive. (Always the harder part for me.) Thank you so much Laura Lynne!

—Kimberly S. (Past Participant)

I arrived realizing how disconnected I had become from parts of myself, simply from carrying so much in life. And somehow, over these few days, I found my way back to a place of connection, peace, love and gratitude. I left feeling like a little spark inside of me had been lit again. More connected. More curious. More grateful. What a gift.

—Lori Ann F. (Past Participant)

The most inspirational, fulfilling, uplifting workshop! Dearest Laura Lynne, you turned death and grief into a softer pain... You unlocked many hearts this weekend. Thank you soooo much!

I was BLOWN AWAY! I'Il admit I went into the weekend with very high expectations and Laura FAR, FAR exceeded them. I left a different person, so filled with love and gratitude. I can't tell you how much this meant to me. I felt so connected and so loved. Thank you for changing my life.

—J. Asher (Past Participant)

I'm still trying to find the words for how this weekend impacted me. I'm just so grateful I got to share space with everyone this weekend and made some really special and surprising connections, physical and otherwise. I'll never forget it.
