Everything you need to start planning your trip to the Center.
To ensure a comfortable stay, we recommend you bring
- Reusable water bottle
- Flashlight
- Umbrella
- Hiking shoes (our terrain is mountainous and spread out)
- Comfortable clothing for yoga and movement (layerable for weather)
- Notebook or journal and something to write with.

Please note that most of our buildings do not have elevators. If you require first-floor accommodations, kindly inform us in advance of your arrival.
We do not have air conditioning in our rooms. Thanks to the cool climate of the Blue Ridge Mountains, air conditioning is rarely needed. For the occasional warm day, there is a fan in each room to help keep you comfortable. The evenings and mornings can be quite cool, so we recommend packing a light jacket or sweater.
We are a meat-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free facility. Please refrain from bringing meat or alcohol into common areas. Thank you for helping us keep this space peaceful and nourishing for all.
