Betsy C. Sobiech is a leadership educator, coach, and change activator with expertise in leading from the inside-out, team effectiveness, change management, and learning experience design.
In her current role with University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, Betsy is responsible for the LEAD course delivered to all entering part-time MBA students, which gives her the exciting and humbling opportunity to engage with emerging leaders at pivotal moment in their development. She also serves as a strategic partner for Tiara International, volunteers with Humboldt Park Mutual Aid in her Chicago neighborhood, and has co-launched an online leadership development resource for women. Betsy is ready to take a restorative, refreshing, rejuvenating leadership pause with you on the mountaintop!
