Many people believe the mountains are the closest point to the heavens and we couldn’t agree more.  There are thousands of reasons to meditate in nature. It’s a place where wisdom and perception come alive. It activates our senses and makes letting go of worries easier. The usual distractions seem far away and unimportant. It’s easier to let go of worries (and electronic devices!!) when you’re communing with nature.
