Ashley Julie, RYT-500, is an experienced yoga teacher with training in Hot Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Power Flow, Kids Yoga, and more — with an additional MBA in Healthcare Management. She teaches yoga to help others find balance and use breath to calm the mind and access the present moment. Her teaching incorporates a range of styles and is adaptable to individual and group needs. Ashley lives a holistic lifestyle and incorporates yoga into her method for managing life; focusing on self-care to prepare for all of life’s challenges.
