Heal the Spaces Blocking Your Wholeness
In our fast-paced and often chaotic world, it’s easy to become entangled in patterns of thinking and feeling that lead to calcified and static energy that clings to you on a cellular level. This retreat offers a sacred space for you to pause, reflect, reconnect and get relief to change the trajectory of your life.
Join Sophie Frabotta, a leader in Spiritual Life Coaching, in an intensive healing retreat to unveil your deepest soul wounds, evoke healing on the cellular level, and hold Divine energy—unlocking a 5D consciousness to carry forward into the rest of your life.
After more than ten thousand hours of one-on-one spiritual healing and coaching, Sophie has found the quickest way to get straight to the wounds presenting themselves in costumes in your present day life. Learn to find and unwind at the cellular level and use sacred ritual to call Divine Life Force energy into your cells. This transmutation enables us to balance the Divine Feminine with the Divine Masculine for a unified energy field and optimal environment for further soul evolution.
Together, over two days, we will experience
- Energy healing + Renewal Undergo the impactful healing power of energy work through Sophie’s signature modality, Cellular Alchemy
- Guided Practices + Techniques Unveil your soul wounds, bring healing on the cellular level, hold Divine energy, and enter 5D consciousness
- Community + Connection Connect with like-minded souls on a similar path of self-discovery and spiritual evolution.
- Loving Acceptance Environment Share insights, stories, and support in a nurturing and non-judgmental environment
- Integration + Empowerment Leave feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and inspired to embrace life with renewed clarity, purpose, and vitality
Note This is deep work; expect to experience intensive healing on Saturday. Sunday will be a day of silence to integrate divine healing energy.
Who Should Attend This retreat is open to individuals ready and willing to embark on a journey of deep inner exploration and personal growth. Whether you’re new to the path of spiritual awakening or a seasoned practitioner, you are warmly welcomed.

To encourage a healthy environment we ask that guests not consume alcohol or meat in our public spaces, however, guests may enjoy these items in their rooms.
Our property is always smoke-free.
Yes, we ask that guests with food allergies simply inform us so we can communicate those needs to our chef. Typically, we label potential allergens such as gluten, dairy, and nuts.
We do have lodging and event venues that are ADA-compliant. Due to the topography of our mountain campus, some are easier to access than others, so please speak to Guest Services (800.392.6870) prior to registering to ensure we can best accommodate your needs. We also have shuttles that run frequently throughout the campus.
We are committed to the safety of our guests and staff. Our mountaintop location and the surrounding areas are spacious, remote, safe, and secure.
- It is safe to leave your windows open—and necessary for proper airflow!
- Nature surrounds our campus, and it’s common to see rabbits, deer, gophers, wild turkeys, and other small animals. Please give them space, and they’ll do the same for you. We’ve never had a safety incident with animals on campus.
You can help!
- If you come across an animal on campus or a trail, give it space, and please do not attempt to pet or feed it.
- There’s no need to bring valuables to the retreat center; leaving them at home is best.
